Water Tanks are Filled With Disease

Danger in water consumption is growing…We invite Turkish press and our nation to examine our work and to get conscious about the scale of danger. We can also provide written and visual material to representatives of press about the subject.

What is in The Traditional Water Tanks?

Long neglected water tanks are shocking their users. Tanks which are supposed to contain drinkable water can even contain dead animals, mud and all kinds of dirt and waste. This sight is surprising customers who have called disinfection crew.

MODULAR WATER TANKS

         These tanks are produced with equal sized plates manifactured in workshop and put together by screws. Modular tanks can easily be detached and moved. They can be used in almost any place including apartment cellars. Water leakage is prevented by EPDM sealing. Tanks we produce are constructed within Turkish quality standards.

WHAT IS HOT-DIPPED GALVANISE?

          Hot-Dipped galvanisation is the best way of preventing corrosion of iron and steel. Iron and steel materials lose their physical, chemical and electrical properties within time due to athmospheric conditions and corrosion takes place. This progress is also known as "rusting". Rusting does not only damage the material visually but also has a wearing effect on either steel or iron. For that matter, metals are coated with protective elements such as paint, nickel, chrome, copper or zinc. Most reliable among these is zinc coating, also known as galvanising. Galvanising is also the longest durable coating.

Advantages of galvanising are;
-Produce a thick surface film and protect measures that other coating methods cannot
reach.
-Other coating methods are weak against scratches or impacts. Corrosion usually
takes place on these damaged places. But gavanise coating is durable against scratches and even  has a self-healing effect.  This effect is also referred as cathodic protection. Galvanised surfaces are more protected against impacts for the same reasons.
-Coated material and zinc produce a metalic bond and these alloy layers produce a
more durable coating against impacts.
-Galvanise coating has the longest life length and don't need any maintenance at
all.
-Galvanise coating also has an ecstatical view.
-Galvanise coating is very economical.

Disadvantages of hot-dipped galvanise are;
-hot-dipped galvanised surfaces cannot be mend or fixed. Plate need to galvanised once more after proper care.
-All pieces need to be galvanised separately.
-Some tank geometries are unappliable with this coating method. Manufacturer has to be aware of the protection method before the manufacturing process.
-Galvanise coating machines are expensive and are not commonly used. Logistics of the method can be a problem.
